A Canadian, now living in Switzerland, and having my roots in the world of ice-hockey. I was a player, coach and manager for top teams in Germany and Switzerland. I also worked with Team Canada at six Spengler Cup tournaments.

Lynda Dobbin-Turner

My Canadian coach is a versatile teammate. Lynda is a hard worker, life coach, and leader. Her qualifications include: CCF Certified Life Coach, a Certified Passion Test Facilitator for Adults as well as Kids and Teens, and a Certified Grief Recovery Model Specialist. Lynda runs her own website and is a singer songwriter in her free time. She is very much the glue that holds the team together and is a helping hand in all of the projects the team undergoes.

Andrea Heckelmann

Andrea has a unique approach to life and business coaching. She mainly uses her experience in offering “coaching while walking sessions”. Being outdoors and having a coach to listen is a great combination and makes people relax and open up. Hiking and walking in nature, are a great metaphor for life. Taking time out of your business life to spend time in nature has a beneficial impact on your mental and physical well being.

Bob Leslie

Bob has led many seminar sessions, developed work experience programs, presented WEVAS workshops (Working Effectively with Violent and Aggressive Students) and held leadership positions in many areas of education. He was also a Coaching Course Conductor for the Manitoba Hockey and Baseball Associations. Most notably, Bob has coached at the Spengler cup, Swiss National A league, and the German Elite league (DEL).

Kaitlyn McGregor

Kaitlyn is my daughter and a long track speed skater. She now works with me at my leadership development camps. She explains the drive, motivation, and desire needed to be at the top of your field. She was regarded as one of the best junior speed skaters, and won four metals at the World Junior Championships. With her focus now on personal development, leadership and coaching, she works with me in a variety of sessions.

Nicole Loeffen

Nicole brings together 20 years of experience in the corporate world, as (HR) advisor, (project) manager and change maker in culture and behavior. For 10 years she has been an independent professional with a focus on (personal) leadership, change and team development. Since 2010, Mark and Nicole are working together and, from 2016, they are the driving force behind setting up a global “Being on Mission” organization to enrich as many people as possible with the “Being On Mission” philosophy.

Kathy Fisher

Gillian Walter

Gillian Walter is an ICF PCC accredited professional Leadership & Life Coach, Supervisor and owner of Inside-Out-Coaching. Born and raised in England, Gillian now lives in Switzerland with her family and loves having two homes. in addition to English, she is fluent in both Swiss- and High German. Silke Anja Schramm

An ICF accredited professional Business Coach, a Certified Kids- and Youth Coach, a Certified Mediator and founder and CEO of INDICIS CMC GmbH. She is an internationally experienced leader, having held various managerial roles in the corporate world in Germany and overseas. She has many years of experience in leading international teams and integrating different corporate cultures. Her focus is on Team development, Integration & Conflict resolution techniques and 1:1 Coaching - being passionately convinced of the holistic and value-based “Being on Mission” approach.

Axel Pollmanns

Axel has more than 30 years of experience in Leadership positions with multinational corporations and as Managing Director in classic medium-sized businesses. His passion for leadership and personal mastery led to numerous further trainings to become a certified Coach with a systemic approach, a Change Manager as well as a Trainer with focus on leadership development and personal growth. In his free time, exploring the world and sports are among his "Big Rocks" right after his family. As a "global citizen", he is currently driving the international roll-out of the "Being on Mission" program together with our team.

Nate Leslie

Nate is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Executive Coach (CEC), Certified Professional Mentor Coach, Master of International Education (M.Ed.) recipient, and former professional hockey player with 30 years in global high-performance environments. He is the host of the Internationally Acclaimed Podcast: Leading with Curiosity. He’s the father of 2 amazing kids that he and his lovely wife Tara cherish raising in Vancouver’s West End. When not in the service to others, Nate can be found hacking away on his acoustic guitar at his cabin on the Sunshine Coast.
